Position :- Senior HR Requirement

Key Responsibilities:-

This is a challenging operational role, in which you provide leadership and expertise in the automation and administration of core HR processes, and ensure consistent provision of services globally.
The requirement is as follows:
1. The ability to lead transformation projects with an understanding of SAP HR, HR processes, change management.
2. Highly tuned influencing skills with senior decision makers in order to gain buy in and drive adoption of the model.
3. A significant insight into current HR trends and issues pertaining to HR Shared Services businesses.
4. The desire to build and grow the HR Shared Services team, establishing a team culture of high quality and customer focus.
5. Excellent people management skills in motivation, development and delivery.
6. Support the Head of HR and business heads by providing strategic, effective and comprehensive HR service
7. Should have the ability to analyze and forecast key HR data and trends.  Should have significant experience on this area.
8. Experience of Indian labour law is highly desirable
