Technical Skills :
Should have a strong base functional knowledge in SAP HCM module with specific focus to the following sub modules with good configuration and consulting skills:
Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.
Enterprise Compensation Management.
Technical knowledge like ABAP debug skills would be a plus.
Knowledge of real time interface is an added advantage.
Prepare good functional spec document for all kind of ABAP related developments.

Should be able to lead the projects and provide guidance to the team.
