Responsible to provide L3 technical support from Development team. Liaise with BU/Ops/ASG/Offshore and oversee all RTB tasks, right from planning, tracking, testing, Change Advisory Board reviews, and deployments.
· 5 to 7 yrs experience
· Excellent in standard .NET technologies – ASP.NET/WCF/XML/XSLT/Performance
· Excellent analytical skills
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Awareness of software quality processes and full SDLC procedures
· Knowledge of Microsoft Project Plan preferred
· Prod support experience preferred but not necessary
· Very proactive and should have a sense of ownership and accountability for the tasks
 

Java, J2EE Angular JS developer

NYC, NY

Need locals who can come for F2F                 

 

Minimum 8+ years of experience in developing web based projects using J2EE.
Understanding of SDLC development processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good experience interacting with Business in gathering the requirements and presenting the solutions.
Very good hands-on experience in below technologies:

• Java, J2EE, Servlet
• Angular JS
• HTML5
• Queries in SQL
• Development tools - IBM RAD, WebSphere

Nice to have experience in:
• Restful, SOAP based web services
• Spring, IBatis
• JSON conversion
• Advisory Products

UX+ UI designer

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The UI Designer has to have basic UI design skills and need to know both the design sides as well as the technical sides of design. User Interface Design has elements of both graphical design, user experience design and application development.
The User Interface developer must have the knowledge of front end software tools like HTML5, CSS3 and JS (Java Script). Also knowledge of photoshop, graphical design and the ability to write a code is essential in User Interface (UI) design.
The User interface designer needs to have the capability to use the UX designs and develop a user interface that is a balance between technical functionality and visual elements.
The key job here is to understand what the user wants and create a design that accommodates all the technical functions of the product along with making the product easy to use.
UI Design is a dynamic field of design. This field is seeing new innovations and techniques and new methods to create UI design every now and then. The UI designer must be able to adapt to change.
UI designers must be able to create clear and useful designs that can be implemented easily.
Familiarity with open source frameworks like BootStrap, LESS, SASS, etc.
Good exposure with responsive design, semantic UI and CSS sprites and web typography.

Be a strong agent for change. Be able to facilitate new processes and standards that could impact working environment / culture
Ability to work within an open, consensus based organization
Ability to manage and interact in a matrixed organization is essential
Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions to complex technical and process problems
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, self-motivated and deadline driven
Individual must be able to handle multiple interrupts and be able to multi-task effectively
Individual must be able to deal with a highly demanding client base and set client expectations appropriately
Ensure critical issues, incident, issues, and enhancements are raised to the Sr. Managers
